As such, all our professional caregivers are thoroughly screened, checked, and evaluated with our hiring procedures before choosing them to be a part of our team. We also follow up their training and licensing to make sure we only choose the best individuals who will serve our clients. And even when they’ve been into years in their field, we still engage them in random orientations and seminars to re-assess their skills and knowledge. We know each of them can develop their skills over time because learning doesn’t stop. Then and now, we also carefully screen and train all our aspirant caregivers or applicants with the fundamentals of our duties, such as assisting the client with their activities of daily living (ADL’s) which include bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, transfers, mobility, positioning and toileting and homemaking chores. Our staff are trained to handle clients with behavior and other health related issues.
